Our Purpose
This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.
Further description of the corporation purposes:
- To operate for the advancement of dental health care within the County of Orange
- To assist in the prevention and control of dental disease
- To improve access to comprehensive dental care for those in need
- As of 2019, OCDSDHF’s purpose is to provide free dental care to those residing in the homeless shelters of Orange County, CA.
